CNC Panel Sawing
Computer-controlled cutting to a 0.1 mm tolerance, so every panel is identical and every joint lands clean.
Automatic Edge Banding
Seamless, moisture-resistant edges applied under heat and pressure — no peeling, no rough seams.
Precision Drilling
CNC hinge and dowel boring means hardware fits first time, and soft-close mechanisms sit perfectly.
Surface Finishing
Laminates, acrylics, veneers and PU lacquer applied and hand-inspected in a dust-controlled bay.
Quality Control
Every module is checked, labelled by room and photographed before it leaves the floor.

Modules are packed and sequenced for install order — less time and mess on your site.

Your approved 3D model converts directly into a cutting list. No re-drawing, no detail lost in translation between the designer and the machine — the elevation you signed off is the file the saw reads.
That's why our fits are accurate. The tolerance isn't a marketing number; it's the width of the gap you'd otherwise notice between a cabinet and a wall.

We keep a curated palette rather than an overwhelming catalogue — finishes we've tested, know how they age, and can service years later. Veneers, matt laminates, acrylics and PU lacquer, with brass or graphite hardware.
You see and touch physical samples before approval. Nothing is chosen from a screen alone.
